Aniko Group launch Chevron Island tower as work-from-home high-rise launches in Broadbeach

    PRESS: GOLD COAST BULLETIN

A tower with a special “work from home” level and a $120m high-rise in the heart of a residential street are among the high-end projects which have hit the market this week.

A PAIR of high-end towers have hit the market as developers move to capitalise on a herd of holiday-makers.

The post-Christmas period is among the busiest of the year for the real estate industry as agents work to sell property to tourists visiting for the festive season.

Aniko Group, which last week lodged plans for a $1.5bn four-tower mega project at Mermaid Beach, has launched its $120m Orama high-rise at Chevron Island.

The 102-unit project is the company’s eighth Gold Coast project in the past three years and is earmarked for a 1517sq m site on Weemala St.

Prices range from $795,000 to $3.5m.

Aniko boss George Mastrocostas said he was “thrilled” with the early market response to the project, which launched on Boxing Day.

The company’s building arm, Aniko Constructions, has been appointed to build the tower, with construction expected to start in mid-2023.
