DEVELOPER George Mastrocostas is ready to launch a $140-million residential project at Hope Island, hot on the heels of his sellout Three72 Marine development at Labrador.
“We’ve had a hugely successful run with our projects this past year and we’re looking forward to building on that in 2019,” he said. “New apartment supplies are very constrained in what is a highly sought after residential precinct at Hope Island and we are eager to get into the market as soon as possible.”
