Gold Coast developer the Aniko Group has won development approval for a $140 million resort-style residential precinct on Hope Island near the gateway to Sanctuary Cove.
Led by George Mastrocostas, Aniko’s proposal involves 210 waterfront apartments and follows on from its Three72 Marine at Labrador project which sold out within six months and ahead of construction completion.
