No. 1 Grant Avenue, which is owned by the Aniko Group, has taken the top spot in Gold
Coast sales over the last quarter, according to the latest Urbis data.

The $140 million development was launched in mid-August.

It has reached 40 per cent sold in the September quarter with over $24 million in
sales.

Aniko Group founder George Mastrocostas said the quality and affordability of No. 1
Grant Avenue together with its prime waterfront position had translated to swift
sales.

“This has certainly resonated with the market,” said Mr Mastrocostas.

“No. 1 Grant Avenue is all about affordable luxury.”
