Hope Island’s apartment shortage won’t last much longer with a new project tipped to add hundreds of options to the limited pool on the market

Aniko Group, headed by developer George Mastrocostas, today unveiled a series of apartments in its No. 1 Grant Avenue project. Being marketed as “affordable luxury”, the development will offer 210 apartments across two buildings with a range of resort-style facilities.
