GOLD Coast developer George Mastrocostas has not been idle since selling out his 14-level tower that’s going up at Labrador.

Mr Mastrocostas’ Aniko Group has lodged a development application with the Ipswich City Council to build a 229-lot community on a 24.6ha site within the Ripley Valley Priority Development Area.
