Gold Coast developer George Mastrocostas’ Aniko Group has earmarked a 24.6ha site in Ripley Valley for a 229-lot subdivision

His Aniko Group is diversifying its development portfolio and extending its reach in southeast Queensland with plans for a major residential subdivision at Ripley Valley.

The Gold Coast-based company, founded by seasoned residential and commercial developer, George Mastrocostas, has lodged a development application with the Ipswich City Council to create a 229-lot residential community on a 24.6ha site in the Ripley Valley Priority Development Area.
