CONSTRUCTION is to start on Monday on a glamorous Southport motor showroom that will display big-ticket marques Bentley and Maserati.
The showroom is to be built on an elevated Ferry Rd site that also has a frontage to Brolga Ave and will be occupied by the Autosports group.
Autosports, a Sydney-based business that listed on the ASX in November, is leasing the building from Ferry Road Investments, owned by George Mastrocostas, a Gold Coast developer, and Glen Phillips, a founder of listed printing services company CSG.
“The building is intended to be an architectural masterpiece that makes business sense and adds something to the city.” –George Mastrocostas
