A luxury apartment project is proving popular with buyers keen to get a foothold in one of the Gold Coast’s most affordable lifestyle suburbs.
A LATE wave of summer sales has pushed a Hope Island apartment project past 70 per cent sold.
No. 1 Grant Avenue achieved $4.2 million in sales in the final week of February, with one new buyer signing on each day of that week.

Aniko Group managing director George Mastrocostas said buyers were mostly owner-occupiers, namely retired downsizers and first-home buyers, keen to get into Hope Island.
“We’ve been fielding inquiries from a broad range of potential buyers, many of them locals,” he said.
“Buyers see Hope Island as a maturing market that has everything close at hand.
“It’s also coming into its own as one of the Gold Coast’s last affordable lifestyle suburbs.”
