    Hope Island is hot in demand with househunters seeking swish new apartments, but buyers are lacking options.

    Property consultants Urbis’ latest figures show the north shore precinct, which includes Hope Island, is “critically under supplied” with less than 50 new apartments on the market.

    Aiming to fill the void in the Hope Island market, developers Aniko Group will launch a resort-style project this year on Grant Ave. The $140 million project will feature 210 luxury apartments on an 8390sq m waterfront site.
