Hope Island homes go on display

PRESS: COURIER MAIL HOME ARTICLE

A display village has been launched at the Gold Coast’s fastest selling project, No. 1 Grant Avenue. A selection of four apartments are being showcased at the soon-to-be completed $140 million Hope Island development by Aniko Group.

The Gold Coast-based development company is pioneering this move and is witnessing unprecedented sales in Stage 1 as it gears up for the launch of Stage 2

George Mastrocostas, founder and managing Director of Aniko Group, said the display village would give buyers an accurate glimpse of the life on offer at No. 1 Grant Avenue. “Many display villages have been made for house and land packages, but there has never before been one created for a residential project,” Mr Mastrocostas said.

“Our team wanted to launch a range of apartments to show their diversity, luxury and ability to fit a broad range of tastes and preferences.

The display village features a range of two and three-bedroom configurations furnished by Aniko Group’s in-house design team, with styles ranging from modern contemporary to Gold Coast Hamptons.

“The sales campaign for Stage 1 of No. 1 Grant Avenue has been remarkable, especially given the current market conditions with COVID-19,” Mr Mastrocostas said.

“We have experienced some interstate buyers who have purchased apartments in the middle of the pandemic, sight unseen, which is a testament to the value, quality and consumer confidence we offer our clients under the Aniko brand and mantra.”
