More than 200 luxury apartments are up for grabs at Hope Island.
A NEW development will help solve Hope Island’s apartment shortage with more than 200 dwellings about to be added to the suburb’s property landscape.
Construction has kicked off on Aniko Group’s No. 1 Grant Avenue project, which will
include 210 luxury apartments. Aniko Group founder George Mastrocostas said it came ahead of schedule as a result of strong market interest.
“We’ve taken this project to the market and the level of interest has well exceeded our expectations,” he said.
“It’s a milestone development, one of our most impressive projects to date and the apartments are certainly very competitively priced.”
